Dafel Dolls & Bears is an Australian family-run business that was established in 1941 in the city of Melbourne. They specialize in unique gifts for children including dolls, bears, collectibles and miniatures.

They wanted a website that highlighted their products while also showing their rich history. The website was built in WooCommerce using the Sage framework. It has a number of integrations with payment gateways and shipping gateways. It has a clean UX and UI allowing users to quickly and easily get the information that they need. The website also provides users a place to ask for help and also book their doll or teddy in for a repair.

There wasn't much of a complication with the site but the key thing was to show of their amazing product and make it easy for users to use the site as most of their users are elderly and are not tech savvy.
