I have been tired for i don’t know how long…
At the moment i am super busy and with that i don’t sleep much. I do sleep a little but not as much as i would like to. I’m sleeping about 6 to 8 hours a night for the past 3 months and it doesn’t look like it will get any better soon. Now don’t get me wrong i know there are people out there who are just like me. Wether it be for kids or for work there are many other people out there who don’t get a lot of sleep.
Your probably wondering where i am going with this? Well basically it has come to the point where i have been thinking about starting to drink coffee to keep myself alert and awake for this time. The reason i am asking this is because i’ve heard that once you are on coffee it is hard to get off it, also i’m not sure what type of coffee to have or how to drink it. Tell me what coffee do you drink? How much do you drink? How do you have it?
